🟢 Create Your Analysis Routine
Before we dig into creating your own tracking process, let’s spend a little time really making sure we understand what “tracking your numbers” even means.
This lesson is broken down into two different parts:
Part 1:
Part 2:
I highly suggest moving through the 2 parts of this lesson in order. They will make more sense that way!
Part 1: What is Tracking? Why does Consistency Matter? ⬇️
Tracking vs. Tracking Well Examples
Look at the tracking routine examples below.
Ask yourself if that example shows “Tracking” or “Tracking Well”. Then, click on the drop-down menu for a breakdown.
Remember, when it comes to being consistent with tracking we want to make sure we are doing that in TWO main areas:
- Collecting the SAME numbers
- Collecting numbers in the SAME time interval
Part 2: How do I stay consistent? ⬇️
My top three suggestions:
- Develop a routine you LIKE (or are able to handle)
- Schedule time on your calendar to sit down & track the numbers (once you open up Metrics Mastery, join the monthly co-working call if you’re able to!)
- Start slowly, you can always build more things in!
