Weekly Tracking Session (6-8 mins)

  • This is a quick & easy tracking session I do each week to grab some key numbers I am paying attention to for some different goals.

Monthly Tracking Session (7-9 mins)

  • This is a slightly longer tracking session I do each month to see how numbers are performing over a longer course of time. I also pay attention to other metrics I am not gathering on a weekly basis. There is some product specific metrics I track shown in the WITHOUT Commentary version, I forgot to do them on my with commentary version!

Income & Expense Tracking Session (4 - 5 mins)

  • This is a decently long tracking session I do each month to get a clear view of what is happening with my financial numbers. I log all of my income & my expenses — including a breakdown by specific product & service so I can see a detailed view of how money is coming in & going out of my business account. I have added some blocks over parts of the video from time to time to maintain client privacy & security. But, you can see the important parts 😊

Instagram Content Tracking Session (3 - 8 mins)

  • This is a decently long tracking session I do monthly to do a deeper dive into my Instagram content. I look at engagement numbers & post impressions mostly!
