As needed, we will create custom URLs for you to use in various places so we can track information more specifically.
And really start to SEE where your revenue is coming from.
Data Collection:
I collect the numbers that matter for your business consistently.
This allows you to take something off your other other team members’ plates.
I compile all the data points into spreadsheets branded for your business.
Data Dashboard:
All the data points are brought together in an interactive, comprehensive, easy-to-use dashboard.
Analysis Report:
Accompanying the data dashboard is an analysis report.
This can either be done live during a meeting or sent as a video recording.
Overall analysis based on patterns, outliers, & other findings in the data are included in this report.
All analysis is goal-focused. I dig into what your numbers are saying based on your goals. Your goal tracker will be updated & notes will be left showing how much progress has been made on each goal.
Action steps based on the goal-focused analysis are provided. This is where your numbers get to shine & suggest what you should do next to make your business even more successful.
Hotline Access:
Access to me for your whole team during crunch time (a week after the analysis has been delivered) M-F from 9am - 3:30pm MST with a reply within the hour.
This will give you & your team easy access to pick my brain as you start implementing the action steps based on your analysis.
Non-crunch time access for you with a reply within 2 business days.
Basically, I come in as the “numbers nerd” for your business.

The bulk of the retainer package options live in the channels you choose to dive into.
The retainer packages are sized based on the number of channels you want me to dig into & pull numbers from.
All packages include your website data. This doesn’t count as one of your channels.
We will talk more about the specific channels you want to focus on during our first Goals & Numbers meeting, but here is the list to get you thinking!

Instagram Analytics: $50 / month or $150 / quarter
Include Instagram as one of your channels.
Due to the time-consuming nature of grabbing numbers from this channel, an additional fee is charged monthly or quarterly (depending on your membership).
Launch Metrics Add-On: $1,000 / month
Get extra eyes on your launch numbers & action steps based on what that specific data is saying.
This extra package includes:
- Goal planning meeting (so we make sure we’re paying attention to the right numbers during the launch)
- Launch Spreadsheet
- Custom URLs created for the launch (so we know exactly where your revenue / leads came from)
- Data Tracking during the Launch
- Analysis during & after the launch complete with action steps during & after the launch

- Wrap-up Meeting (to rehash what your numbers said in regards to what went well, and what could be improved for your next launch)
